Return and refund policy
We accept returns and exchanges within thirty (30) days of delivery. If you're not fully satisfied with your Wicure™ experience, we’re here to help.
To Initiate a Return
Please email us at support@wicure.com or use the contact form on our website. This step is important so we can provide you with the correct return address and clear instructions to ensure a smooth return process.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@wicure.com. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Returned items will be inspected upon arrival to confirm they meet our return eligibility guidelines (must be gently used and not a final sale item or bundle).
Once approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. A confirmation email will be sent once your refund is processed. Please allow up to ten (10) business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees, Route Package Protection, and carbon offset charges are non-refundable.

Final sale items, limited-edition collections, and bundles are not eligible for return.
